Any customer organization in your CRM with an active subscription. If you have a parent company with multiple child accounts, each child account counts separately. We count the same way your CS team does — by the number of logos you manage.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — no mid-month disruption to your workflows.
You choose a plan and enter billing details. If you don't — no auto-charge, no surprise invoice. Your data is held securely for 30 days while you decide. We'll send one reminder at day 7 and one at day 28. That's it.
